On-ramp

An on-ramp turns money in a supported payment app into crypto. Choose the payment method in From and the crypto you want in To.

Set up the order

  1. Select your payment method and currency in From.
  2. Select your receiving crypto, network, and wallet address in To.
  3. Enter the amount. Review the rate, limits, costs, and estimated output.
  4. Create the bridge and open the payment instructions for the order.

Availability depends on the method, currency, amount, and current offers. Peer fiat orders use a normal bridge, not Pay Mode.

Pay, then verify

Send the exact payment to the recipient shown on the order. Follow its reference, account-name, and timing requirements. Keep the order open while completing the payment and verification steps.

After paying, verify the payment through the order. Use the uSwap browser extension to capture the matching record, or PeerAuth on your phone if mobile verification is offered.

Select the transaction that matches this order's recipient, currency, amount, and payment window. A screenshot or a click on “paid” is not a substitute for the required verification.

Receive the crypto

After verification and release of funds, the route continues to your wallet. Follow the bridge until the crypto is delivered.

Already paid?

If verification fails, retry verification for the same payment. Do not pay again or create a replacement order just because the first one has not updated.

If the payment is missing, still pending, or outside the order's terms, keep the order link and payment reference and use the help options on the order. See troubleshooting.
