Keeping your funds & details safe
Check that you are on app.uswap.net before creating or funding a bridge. These guides are hosted at docs.uswap.net.
Protect your order link
A bridge can reveal payment history, delivery details, product codes, or credentials. Treat it as private. Redact sensitive fields before sharing screenshots.
Verify every transfer
Check the full deposit address, asset, network, memo or tag, and amount. Cryptocurrency transfers usually cannot be reversed after confirmation. Only send funds according to the instructions for your current bridge.
Avoid impersonators
Never share a wallet seed phrase, private key, Telegram login code, or two-factor authentication code with support. Do not install remote-control software or send a “verification deposit” because someone messages you claiming to help.
Use the help options in the app. A public community group is not a safe place to post redemption links, payment details, or credentials.
Understand privacy limits
Blockchain transactions may be public. External services involved in completing an order may receive information needed for that service. Confidential Mode is not a blanket guarantee of anonymity.
Products and services
Keep your own copies of purchased access details and backups of server data. Check product terms, region restrictions, and duration before purchase.
