Tracking an order
Your bridge page is the place to check progress. Keep its link so you can return from another session.
Understand the stages
| Stage | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Waiting for funds | The deposit address, network, required amount, and any limits. |
| Deposit detected or confirming | Your transfer is being recognized or waiting for the required confirmations. |
| Processing | The swap or purchase is progressing through its route. |
| Delivery | A destination transaction or product fulfillment is being completed. |
| Completed | The result and any available delivery details. |
The wording can differ by route. A source-chain transaction confirmation does not mean every later stage is finished.
Check a transaction
Use the transaction links on the bridge to inspect the source or destination chain. Make sure you are looking at the right network and distinguish the deposit transaction from the delivery transaction.
For products, completion may result in a code, account credit, or server rather than a crypto transfer to your wallet.
If progress stops
Check service status and the troubleshooting guide. Preserve your order link and transaction ID. Do not send additional funds unless the bridge explicitly shows a remaining amount you intend to fund.
