Off-ramp

An off-ramp turns crypto into money received through a supported payment app. Choose crypto in From and the receiving payment method in To.

Choose how to receive

  1. Select your sending crypto and network in From.
  2. Select the receiving payment method and currency in To.
  3. Enter the amount and the receiving details requested by the app.
  4. Review the rate, limits, costs, and expected fiat amount before creating the bridge.

Use an account you control. Check the recipient details carefully: a crypto refund cannot reverse a fiat payment already sent to the wrong account.

Fund the bridge

Send crypto using the bridge's current deposit instructions. Check the asset, network, address, and any memo or tag. The route may first convert your deposit into the settlement asset needed for the fiat order.

Follow deposit confirmation, routing, matching, and payment on the bridge. After your crypto arrives, the fiat payment still needs to complete.

Follow the payment

Open the order to check its payment status. Follow any request to connect or verify your payment account. Requirements vary by method; see Browser Extension.

Check your payment app for the actual incoming payment. Do not treat a message or screenshot from another person as confirmation that you have received it.

A payment is taking longer than expected

Keep the existing order and check its status. Do not send another crypto deposit merely to make the first payment go faster.

For a failed, held, or delayed order, use the action shown on the bridge. Review refunds and troubleshooting if you need help.
