Fiat & peer payments

Supported fiat payment methods appear in the asset picker. Availability depends on the direction, currency, amount, and available offers.

Buying or selling crypto

Select the fiat payment method on the side you want to send or receive. Enter your amount and follow the specific order instructions shown in the app. Peer orders use a normal bridge rather than Pay Mode.

Review the rate, limits, payment details, and time allowed before accepting an order. Do not assume all offers have the same conditions.

Making a payment

Send only to the payment details shown for your current order, using the selected payment method. Follow any reference, account-name, or verification requirements exactly.

If asked to prove a payment, use the verification flow provided in the order. A screenshot alone may not satisfy the verification required by that order.

Waiting for release

Complete the payment and any verification steps before the deadline shown. Do not mark an order paid before you actually pay, and do not send a second payment merely because release is delayed.

Problems with an order

Keep the order link, transfer reference, amount, and payment timestamp. Use the help options shown on the order. Do not send money to new payment details supplied by an unsolicited message.
